About This Partnership
CYI partners with library systems to make evidence-based health education accessible to the broadest possible community audience. Libraries are among the most trusted public institutions in America — one of the few spaces where all adults, regardless of income or background, can access quality educational resources for free.
The library partnership model is designed to extend CYI’s reach into communities that may not encounter it through traditional digital channels. Through library partnerships, CYI content can be made available through branch programming, digital resource portals, health and wellness displays, and community event series. Library partners receive full platform access for patron distribution, workshop support materials, and event frameworks for adult health education programming.
What Library Systems Receive
- Full patron access to the CYI program library, available for distribution through digital resource portals, branch programming schedules, or patron recommendation systems — at no cost to the library or its patrons.
- Workshop and program guides designed for public library programming contexts, including facilitator notes, discussion prompts, and handout materials suitable for branch health education events and adult programming series.
- Display and promotion materials for physical branch locations, including educational health content formatted for bulletin boards, health resource centers, and patron communications targeting adults 35–65.
- Recognition as a CYI Public Access Partner, with co-branding options for library-hosted events and listing on the Claim Your Youth platform’s partner directory.
