This masterclass integrates the core topics across all Claim Your Youth programs into a unified framework: how the body ages at the cellular level, what accelerates and decelerates the process, and how to build a sustainable daily practice that addresses aging on every meaningful front. It is the most comprehensive program on the platform and is designed for adults who want to go beyond surface-level wellness into a genuine, evidence-based understanding of what it means to age well.
What’s Covered in the Masterclass
- The biology of aging — telomere shortening, cellular senescence, mitochondrial decline, and the role of inflammation — explained clearly and connected directly to the lifestyle factors you can control, starting now. You will leave with a working model of how your body ages and why certain interventions are more powerful than others.
- The five pillars of healthy aging: skin health and collagen preservation, metabolic and cardiovascular health, cognitive function and mental resilience, musculoskeletal strength and mobility, and hormonal balance. Each pillar is examined through current research and translated into specific, actionable strategies.
- How to design a personal healthy aging plan: prioritizing interventions by impact, building sustainable habits, navigating the healthcare system proactively, and making decisions that compound over time into dramatically better health outcomes at 60, 70, and beyond.

Who This Masterclass Is For
The Healthy Aging Masterclass is designed for adults 40–65 who are ready to take a systematic, long-term approach to their health. It is particularly well-suited for those who have completed other Claim Your Youth programs and want to see how everything connects — or for those who are new to the platform and want to begin with the most comprehensive view available. Prior health or science knowledge is not required. This is a starting point, not an endpoint. Enrollment is free.
